If you do not have a PC and need to make a call, you can use PC2Call card as normal calling card.
Step 1: Dial the relevant access number from the country you are in and follow the instructions.
Step 2: Dial the number you wish to call along with international country prefix/code and STD code as you do with a normal calling card.
