What is PC2Call?

Pc2call is a service that allows its users to make international calls from their PC.  All users need to do is, download the pc2call dialer, buy a pc2call card, login to PC2Call using the pin on the card to make calls.

 

How do I make a call?

Once you have logged onto your account, you will immediately see the dial pad. This is what you use to dial the phone number. Upon dialing your destination number, click the ‘make a call’ button to initiate the call.

 

How do I dial a number?

  • To dial a number using PC2Call, you must input the number as if you were dialing internationally.
  • For example: To dial a number in London UK - let’s say 02071234567 - you would type the number as follows:
  • Start with the country code. The UK is 44
  • Remove the first digit (0) from the area code - in this case it would be 207
  • Input the remaining digits as normal
  • The result would be: 442071234567
 

Can I make a call from my PC to a regular phone?

You can reach any telephone in the world, just as if you were calling from your own telephone.

 

How can I check my account details?

You can check your account details by logging into your private area on the pc2call website, to do this go to www.pc2call.com, click on ‘my PC2Call’ Enter your login (PIN of your PC2Call calling card) in the login bar and click ‘Sign In’.

 

Can I buy pc2call cards online?

At this time pc2call is not available to buy online, please click here and fill in the contact me form and we will ensure a reseller gets in touch with you.

 

Can I add credit to the same pin?

Yes, this option is available in the private area of pc2call.  You can recharge your existing pc2call card by using a new pc2call card.  Simply by logging in using the pin number you want to recharge, then by selecting recharge account, followed by entering pin number of the new pc2call card, upon selecting recharge, the balance of the new card will be moved to the card you logged in with.  

Can I place a PC2Call shortcut icon on my desktop?

Yes you can! Just do the following:

  • Step 1.
    Ensure that all programs are minimized or closed. Click your right mouse button anywhere on the desktop (not over an existing icon or program). From the pop-up menu select 'New', then 'Shortcut'.
  • Step 2.
    In the 'Command Line' field, type 'http://www.pc2call.com (without the quote marks) and then click 'Next'.
  • Step 3.
    In the 'Select a name for the shortcut' field, type 'PC2Call' (without the quote marks). Then click 'Finish'.

Where can I plug in my headset?

All computers are different. In most cases, the headset plugs into the 'Sound card' at the rear of the PC unit. The sound card will have a socket for both a microphone and speakers. Some soundcards have an extra socket for headphones. If you are in any doubt, please refer to your PC/soundcard documentation.
